Blood Splatter There are two kinds of blood, victim which fades away and actor which stays until full health returns... the dmx actor health blood is what seems to cause the issue, I am removing them from the modders script and: victim splatter will be part of hud choices i.e. off,on,on+blood,on+blood+breath (including breath sound) actor health blood will be removed permanantly breath sounds will become pda signal sounds 'vanilla' or 'new' I also found another character descr file with \0 in the groups lastly there is a call to mapspots in the monster binder that is not protected so it can crash on some respawns will get this patch together for Monday sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, thaught I had it working right but obviously actor blood by dmx is somehow not playing well with others so it's getting the boot...
update_3 - Spoiler:
SOLVED Problem was simple but you may not like the answer... The save module was not checking to see if the database version of the actor was still in 'alive' status when saving which meant that it would continue to save an empty database for the actor. This causes a corruption based on when the death actually occurs which is why it would sometimes carry to the next save. FIXED, will post a patch tomorrow for that and a couple other things. I have verified that this will work right and will send you to the main menu without the option to 'return to the zone'

| @Experienced da jesam ,pa zatim stari save crash... ma nema veze čekat ču 1.1 izače kad tad i igrat ču ga kad tad,previše sam vrimena izgubija prošlu zimu na NS Guide i pokvarenim kvestovima i jednostavno čekat ču taj 1.1 mislim da se isplati jer ovaj mod/igra je nevjerojatan ali je ogroman i radu ga dva čovjeka koliko sam shvatio i to volonterski zato svaki im čast ali ču čekat. |

| @Svi ja igram Stalkersoup sa db-formatom - STALKERSOUP_109920 isto tako, - igram ga na 1.0006 w.w.verziji koristim fajlove iz tog 7z 1.0006 bin - umesto toga možete koristiti taj bin folder STALKERSOUP_BIN_BETA_folder - ako čete koristiti ijedno od tih bin foldera, netreba vam NO-DVD.exe zbog koga se događa ponajviše CTD - i ostalih problema!!!! - kod mene rade stari sejvovi!! - još jednom, db-format je dosta brži kod učitavanja od Stalkersoup-a gamedata foldera!! - kod db-formata se skoro ništa neće mijenjati osim gamedata.dbg i gamedata.dbh (za 1.1.0.0 verziju!) EDIT: @flexerca stavio si taj - beta ss bin folder?? e vidiš tamo ima _appdata_ folder!, najlakše ti je, da potražiš na kompjuteru STALKER-SHOC folder(sa velikim slovima!) i prebaciš sve što ima tamo u taj _appdata_ folder!! druga opcija: - šalji mi na Pm put do tog STALKER-SHOC foldera pa ču ti srediti jedan fsgame.ltx, da češ imati stare sejvove!! To gore važi za sve koji če koristiti bin od TB. i nisu poshranili original fsgame.ltx!! |

EXTRAS: - added pda sounds to ingame options menu - added a third option in god mode folder: now there are two versions of NORMAL mode; 'game' 150 carry weight and improved immunities, 'hardcore' 100 carry weight and realistic immunities. This way those who find it hard to get past shock anomalies and die fast in combat can try the 'game' version. The difficulty level you choose determines the level of your immunities so novice will be able to take a bit of punishment.
- I have also upped the firepower needed for a kill shot based on distance, you can change it in the modders script. The default value was 1400 but when looking at the weapons I noticed most of them exceeded this and were way too accurate, 1800 seems to me to be more realistic, hope it doesn't effect the weapon packs too much.
NOTE: The new look is WIP, Aleks1970 has been working hard to help me get it together. At this time any graphics feedback/input/submissions should go to Aleks1970 so that I stay on-track with the 1.1.0.0 release. You are starting to see what the final version will look like, presently only a few are done. The PDA menu on main menu, the ingame pda and the new intro pics.
The shortcut keys can be displayed in place of intro pics by changing the option in modders script, the keys will be changing once ddof has moved to the ingame options menu.

update_2 - Spoiler:
Update Two major fixes are in the patch tonight: -game corruption from actor death during save process, this would often show up when hit by amk hit along with any other hit
--game corruption from new dmx medicines, if use a medkit while being hit causes a floating hud element.
Several tweaks added as we continue toward 1.1.0
Weapons and ammo will act differently as I try to balance the weapon packs to my ballistics and characteristics which before SS never existed. Those of you impatient for the weapon tweaks might want to set FP back to 1400 in the modders script
There are going to be issues with saves before 10992, the older it was started the bigger the issues. Some I might be able to help with if sent the save but the combinations make it unworthwhile for me to spend the effort on, sure you understand.
Since both the major fixes above effect the actor database and not the save itself, it can manifest into a crash as you keep playing. This may also explain some of the other odd issues so I will focus on submissions after 109921 tonight.
Not sure what time it will post so don't stay up too late, also...

Za sada i sam neznam tačno.. ja moram zvanično da uradim samo kompletan instaler za Stalkersoup - Dvd-rom verzija! ali TB. uvijek dolazi sa kojim novim prijedlogom, pa mu pomažem oko toga. @BsTyler UFF hvala ti, što si pronašao taj video @Sunday Hmm... možeš li mi okačiti ceo log na Pm. i koju verziju Stalkera imaš? nešto od TB. - Spoiler:
Update There will be one more patch before the holidays...
Small but important: PURISTS SKIP THIS... New option 'cave_no_big_electros', this means the 4 biggest ones are removed. I think that this is a better solution as everybody can make it to the entrance of the minors but get frustrated right there.
Made two accidental deletions in TB3D_Teleports.ltx, just delete it for now, just effects the cave and labrynth.
Several of you continue to use saves from an eon ago, ok, I have added the monster binder object check for the missing rats.
As soon as the new TORRENT of the db version gets seeded enough then I can post it in ModDB in place of the now antiquated 109.
Soon I will start posting updates in patch and .db form, db0 thru dbg will not change again until 1.1.0.0 if at all. .dbh and .dbi will be used for all updates and additions.
I will try to get the patch up early tomorrow night for the holiday.

Update the rat crash is the monster binder, it expects a sid for all objects and of course that is not possible with 72,000+ objects as the index stops at 65k. I have elevated the check to resolve it.
The SS BIN folder is an optimized v1.0006, this even runs in Steam and gives you the COP level engine and D3D10 shader support. It has been updated to 1.0007/1.0008 unoficial releases and is pretty much as optimized as possible.
The _r1/_r2 dlls are also optimized including reduced grass rendering.
Sido dissapearing from his hole in the ground: Caused by the rats... when monster binder fails it stops registering trader spots and that keeps him from spawning.
This patch will fix the binder, fix the two bad teleports, tweaked the ingame modders options and added ddof/mblur.
Added option to remove the 4 big electros in cave, unblocking the Minor's entrance for those who just get stuck there.
I have one more space in the ingame modders options, suggestions to which option to put there are welcome.

Update I will be posting 109922 soon and it contains the options folder with verified files and a new option in god mode folder.
There are now two normal modes: hardcore (was default) and now game mode (new default).
The new default gives you a better immunity against shock hits and reduces headshot probabilities to the actor (less 1-shot kills) by enemies. It also gives you 150 carry weight instead of 100.
Those who like more realism/difficulty can just use the 'hardcore' option. They can be changed anytime but you may have weight issues if you go from game/god to hardcore mode.
Also fix for container weights.

Healing Did you know that npc will help each other, this is one of the reasons that alife switch distance is set at 160. When you cross the tracks and are told to help fox then you have to be out of switch distance of fox or the scenario starts early and Doc arrives and heals him before you do.
Monster binder is causing many issues that seem unrelated to it, there is a reason for this. When you spawn many things spawn with you. If an error happens (mapspot for trader in cordon for ex.) all spawn actions after that are confused and even cause crashes (rats). When this has happened you will get things like: no sid in cordon, npc going berserk or laying on the ground (often fake death, waiting to ambush you) or the infamous statue, when a scheme gets disconnected.
I have fixed it but if sid is gone then you will need to back up to the cave and retransition in cordon.
If you have to do the cave again then you can set cave_no_big_electros to true so you can get in the minors easier.

make sure to redo your ingame modders options as they have changed
you don't have to use the tb3d_modders.script unless you want to remove the electros in the cave
this will be it for a little while... holiday weekend...

| Evo da se i ja konačno javim, malopre sam završio instalaciju koja je uz pomoć linka sa YT prošla glatko i bez problema! Nakon blic testiranja moda mogu vam reći da ovaj mod leti, grafika je sada daleko bolja a i učitavnje je munjevito brže u poređenju sa prethodnom verzijom!Što se tiče starih sejvova iz prethodne verzije, rade ali ne u potpunosti, hoće da mi učita igru ali kada hoću da promenim lokaciju, npr. Yantar-Agroprom, redovno mi se javi bag i izbaci mi igru, to je najverovatnije zato što sam obrisao pola sejvova iz prethodne verzije, a sačuvao sam samo nekoliko. POSEBNO SE ZAHVALJUJEM ČLANU SADD KOJI MI JE POKLONIO SVOJ SEJV NAKON IZLASKA IZ PEĆINE, HVALA TI! Evo i par mojih fotki Meni stoji da je verzija 9920, da li je to u redu, kontam da bi trebalo da piše 9922? Onaj tip sa YT kaže I made a mistake in this video. TB. je promijenio nešto u scriptama(nema više narod_opt.ltx), zbog toga ti se ne promijeni ime nove zakrpe, a on je zaboravio da to mijenja ili ima u planu da se ne mijenja??!. U svakom slučaju ja ču da gledam da redovno stavljam najnovije fajlove-zakrpe u moj Dropbox!. |

Update FIXED: gps send tip from pda, locks, respawn (cause of many issues), dof switching error.
NOTE: I have the alife switching set at 160, this works most of the time, there are a few places that still get in trouble: DV - escort prisoner will fail to start, 120 seems to work better. F6/F7 will get them started. Working on a force update to fix this. AGRO - Help stalkers does not trigger right, mole will not respond, 140 seems to work better. ATP - Battle starts without you, 120 works well there. GEN - After turning off barriers he will not come back unless distance is 300, I am working on a permanent fix for this one.
TIME: The time factors were changed to get the weather/cloud transitions to be more normal. This effects all aspects of the game, monsters are a little slower at transitioning between levels, npc react faster to hits and damage, blowouts are a little shorter and criticals update faster (hence hungry faster). I will be tweaking in the individual parameters of alife and criticals to match the proper environment speed. It appears that these individual parameters have been modified several times during the last 4 years and they are skewed from the global timming. AMK sported a fast 10/10 time ratio where as DMX used a 10/5 ratio which is basically half the rate of AMK. On research I discovered that 9/3 is the best overall for transitions and if you know your math then you can see the relationship of 1.3333 in the scope of time calculations and thus makes much more sense.
Testing things this morning and will post this afternoon.
Remember that the best way for me to adjust issues is if you send them to me (.log and .sav) so that I can fix/verify them. Posting them on the forum, especially long .logs is not helpful, I can miss things which should get addressed. Also workarounds get posted that can cause the fix to never happen...

Pa zato što je onaj tip sa YT klipa o instalaciji moda, ispod u komentarima napisao da se fsgame promeni u true, samo nije napisao šta tačno da se promeni u true, sve ili neki delovi, pa me je to bunilo. |

BETA Status: it is close but there are still a few scripts left to work on before it is all done. There are still issues to resolve like Yantar which needs forced updates to be created, dv prisoner too. Tweaking of sounds, textures, weapons, items... are now becoming the main focus before adding final content for 1.1

| Hehe.Ubacili ste i moju Vintorez taktikal.Neko je doradio animirani nišan, baš me interesuje kako to funkcioniše u igre , jer vidim da se na kraju baterija istroši i ekran zatamni.Verovatno se ponovo uključi pa sve ispočetka.Pretpostavljam da je cilj autora bio , da iritira igrače koji dugo nišane , Soljanka fazon, moraš da iskoristiš momenat kad ima slike a ne da nišaniš do sutra, natenane.Zanimljiva ideja.Imam slab komp i uvek mi koči igra kad uzmem u ruke ovu pušku , zbog animiranog nišana.Zbog toga sam i odustao sa eksperimenitsanjem sa animiranim teksturama.Isprobavao sam jednu staru ideju sa animiranim ikonicama ali bi moralo to i kroz skripte da se nekako odradi da se ne vrte uvek, već samo kad selektuješ neko oružje ili item.Da animacija ide samo u jednom prozorčiću a ne u celom inventaru.Sve to opterećuje igru jer je potrebno nekoliko (5-6) tekstura za ikonice (ui_icon_equipmnent.dds) a u vašoj Soljanki je ona 21mb, što znači da bi opteretila RAM sa barem 100mb.Sve to ne doprinosi nekoj zanimljivosti u igri, barem po mom mišljenju, pa sam odustao od daljih eksperimenata.Zanimljivo izgleda ali previše resursa za nebitan detalj. Odavno planiram da uradim treću verziju Vinotoreza taktičkog, ali bez digitalne optike.Umesto nje bih stavio Eotech Magnifer, jer je logičnija varijanta za kombinaciju sa Eotech holosight.Nikak da nađem vremena da to odradim. |

| @purke62 Več sam juče htio da ti ovdje stavim jedan kredit zbog te puške, ali nisam imao mnogo vremena, samo sam brzo stavio linkove ovdje. Animirani nišan sam ja uradio u početku ove godine baš zbog realnosti (kao istrošenost baterija) i moram da ti kažem da mi se FPS kad gledam skroz nišan i pomalo poraste!, ali naravno da više textura ima određen uticaj na memoriju. Da, i ja sam dao TB. tu pušku, jer nije imao nikakvih drugih ideja oko FSS Active Roster panela. To če bit nešto novo u Stalkersoupu - mijenjat če se obaveštenja o i igri na panelu (kad uđeš u bar). |

Iventory: @purke62 Ako želiš, možeš da napraviš nov opis oružja(Vintorez-taktikal) sa tvome imenom unutra!, - nešto kao, "NOTE" - to oružje je poslednji put bilo vidjeno u rukama iskusnoga stalkera zvanog purke62 i priča se, da mu je oružje bilo ukradeno! zato dobro čuvaj ovaj Vintorez i ne pokazuj ga svakome, jer možda susretneš vlasnika u Zoni i onda.... šta misliš!?, poslije ču ja tu deskripciju(opis) da šaljem TB., pa če bit sa naslednjom zakrpom stavljeno u igru!
